A non refundable deposit of £25.00 is required when making the booking. Bookings are also subject to a minimum cancellation period of 48 hours prior to arrival. We regret that for last minute cancellations (i.e. less than 48 hours prior to arrival) if the the room cannot be re-let you may be charged for part or whole of the cost of the remaining stay. Holiday insurance is therefore recommended. If you have any issues or questions we highly recommend calling us on 01629 582170 before booking

Upon receipt of your booking form we will advise you by e-mail/phone of room availabilty for the requested period and the relevant tariffs.
